Your eWebClassroom is by far the best option for this alternative form of education. I found the software easy to work with. The ease-of-use is not a substitute for the time you must spend to produce a good course. That is up to each individual instructor and I must admit that I spent a great deal of time setting up the Web course work for my students. Once that was completed, all the students needed to do was log on and the Web site took them on their way to opening up their minds to a new paradigm of learning.

Daily, weekly, monthly, and semester variations of the syllabus came into view so the students could easily see where there were, where they had been, and where they were going. I preprogrammed messages for them, assignment reminders, important facts, and links to threaded discussions on various topics covered in the course. I was able to monitor the student discussions in the "virtual classroom" and respond to them.

The feedback from my students was also favorable and I received one of highest teaching evaluations of my career. Kudos to you and your staff who also responded quickly to questions from students about the site and for you assistance in setting up my course.

I have been actively involved with Web-based (a.k.a. online or distance) education since the fall of 1998. During this time, I have used several distance education systems, either as a student through classes I have takrn or as an instructor through classes I teach.
