A Sample Scenario:

A user first reviews the asynchronous content or pre-course work related to his or her training session. Once the user is done reviewing the asynchronous content, he or she is ready for the online synchronous training session on SmartLlink.

During the training session the user has access to the instructor to complete his/her hands-on session exercises while collaborating with the instructor in case the user needs help. At the end of the session, the user is administered an assessment module that then assesses his or her overall competency level on the course.
