Mr. Yogesh Vaidya (Chairman and Co-Founder)
With an extensive background in the corporate training and education markets, Mr. Vaidya guides eWebUniversity's focus as it addresses the high-growth e-learning market.

Before co-founding eWebUniversity, Mr. Vaidya was founder and chairman of Software Technology Group (STG), one of India's top three IT software training and consulting companies. Prior to STG, Mr. Vaidya co-founded the HCL Group, one of the largest IT conglomerates in Asia.

Mr. Vaidya holds bachelor's degrees in electronic and electrical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS).

Arjun Raman (CEO)
With over 25 years of management experience in high tech corporations, Mr. Raman is the architect of eWebUniversity's "click and mortar" delivery system for effective e-training.

Before joining eWebUniversity, Mr. Raman was executive vice president of technology at Pertech Computers Limited, the largest high tech export company in India.

Mr. Raman holds a master's degree in telecommunications and information systems from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur.

Frank Hernandez (Vice President, Worldwide Sales)
Mr. Hernandez joined eWebUniversity in 2005 as Vice President, Worldwide Sales. In this role, Mr. Hernandez will lead the company's global sales organization. Prior to eWebUniversity, Mr. Hernandez was President of GAIA in Europe where he successfully established the operational foundation of this software & services distribution start-up. Mr. Hernandez has 16+ years of successful partner sales management experience in a variety of high technology companies and over 20 years experience in the high tech industry.

Prior to GAIA, Mr. Hernandez held several sales management and marketing positions in both the U.S. and International for Diversified Software Systems Inc., Boole & Babbage Corp., Tone Software Corp., and Xerox Corp.

Ashish Vaidya (Director, Business Development)
Mr. Vaidya holds Bachelors Degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Cornell University. He is a co-founder of eWebUniversity and has played a critical role in driving eWeb's vision of being an end-to-end eLearning vendor for today's leading enterprises. Since its inception, he has played a critical role in eWeb's product strategy to ensure that all products cater to the needs of the burgeoning eLearning marketplace. He manages business development and sales related activities on a day-to-day basis.

Mr. Vaidya is extremely involved in the Cornell Alumni Association of North America (CAANC) where he seeks to help aspiring "Cornellians." He is also an avid supporter of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur) and Rebuilding Together.

Gautam Chattoraj (Chief Architect)
Mr. Chattoraj is a software industry veteran with more than fifteen years of experience. Mr. Chattoraj has been involved with eWebUniversity since its founding and officially joined eWebUniversity in 1999, spearheading the strategy and design of the Smartlink Platform architecture.

Mr. Chattoraj has also held various management positions in the Larsen & Toubro, Tata Industries and STG where he managed computer based training solutions for clients such as Hewlett Packard, PMI Insurance Co., among others. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
